Garland Light

The Garland Light by Tord Boontje mesmerizes with its delicately etched floral patterns. The lamp is made from continuous metal strand that is wrapped around a light bulb.  

Suburban Tipi

This suburban tipi was designed and installed by John Paananen in Michigan. Indoors it has a concrete fire-pit, plastic laminate flooring, carpet tiles, furniture and a large scale photo mural. The outer shell uses the traditional suburban siding over a timber construction. 

Reversible Destiny Lofts

Shusaku Arakawa, a Japanese artist based in New York, and his creative partner, poet Madeline Gins, developed a small apartment complex in the Tokyo suburb of Mitaka that is anything but comfortable and calming. The living space within these Lofts both prods and coaxes its residents to continue living and to help extend the resident's life span and quality of life. 

Tord Boontje Nest Armchair

The 'Nest' is a moulded polyethylene armchair for open spaces, gardens or simply for the home. Its enveloping shape is reminiscent of a flowering bush; the embossed floral decorations area hallmark of the Dutch designer. This sculptural piece unites attractive decoration with excellent quality and versatility.

Schubladen (which means 'drawers' in German) is a design studio in Berlin devoted to the reuse of unwanted drawers.

Wis Design 'decades'

Chest of Drawers made out of discarded drawers, found and rescued from flea markets. A mix of different styles from earlier decades, with woods and knobs of various kinds, in a single piece of furniture. The old drawers are enhanced by the new frame in white lacquered MDF.

Pure Nomade

The 'hotel box' concept is a brand new product to the market. Lilian Adler designed a shoe box which could be towed away when not in use, and put at display when requested. They come flat and their shape allows for easy flexible stacking. These are available in vivid prints and colors that contrast the interior and exterior.
